PCR and PIR grades, documented per lot
Recycled polyolefins are a standing line in the stock program, not an afterthought: rHDPE, rLDPE, rPP and rPET in natural and black, at the same one-container MOQ (≈ 14 t) as prime grades.
Post-industrial & post-consumer sourcing
PIR regrind from film and injection converters; PCR from sorted single-polymer bales. The feedstock stream is stated on the TDS of each grade.
Batch-traceable paperwork
Every lot carries a batch number tied to its feedstock intake. TDS and COA on request per lot; mass-balance documentation on request.
Blend ratio to your spec
PCR content compounded with prime resin at the ratio your specification calls for; MFR and density checked against the TDS before the container is released.
