Why we built PEPP Granules.
Plastic distribution in this region splits two ways: very large traders moving full-vessel cargo at thin margins, and very small brokers cycling spot lots without documentation. Neither serves a converter who needs 60 t of a named-producer grade with a TDS, a COA and a recycled equivalent on file.
PEPP Granules sits in the middle: 10 material families in a standing stock program, container quantities from one 20' box (typical MOQ 14 t, grades mixable within a container), and producer relationships across the Gulf and North-East Asia. Before we quote virgin we price the recycled equivalent — post-industrial or post-consumer — and quotes come back in 24–72 hours, with TDS and COA on request.
Sustainability commitment
What we'll do, and what we won't.
Will: offer PCR / PIR
rHDPE, rLDPE, rPP and rPET stocked or sourced on indent — natural, black or custom colour, from post-industrial regrind or sorted post-consumer bales.
Will: provide chain-of-custody
Mass-balance documentation accompanies recycled shipments, batch number tied to feedstock intake. Where producers hold GRS / ISCC certificates, we pass them through unedited.
Will: track compliance
Food-contact (FDA + EU 10/2011), REACH SVHC, RoHS, PFOA / PFOS-free chemistry — declared on the COA, not glossed over.
Won't: publish unaudited carbon numbers
We pass through producer cradle-to-gate LCA when available; we do not invent kg-CO2e figures to make a brochure look tidy.
Won't: greenwash
No claim leaves this site unless it can be tied to a producer document, a batch record or a third-party certificate we can show you.
Won't: hide trade-offs
PCR grades can carry aesthetic or mechanical penalties versus prime. We state them up-front and ship sample bags before the PO, not after.
