What is your MOQ?
One 20-ft container (≈ 14 t for resins, 22 t for PET) is the standard MOQ. Sample shipments of 5–25 kg are sent free for qualifying enquiries.
How fast can I get a TDS or COA?
Standard grades: 24 hours. Indent or custom-blended grades: 48–72 hours after we lock in the producer.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to 40+ countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, Middle East and the Americas. Ex-works, FOB and CIF are the most common Incoterms; DAP available on request.
Can you supply recycled grades?
Yes — PCR and PIR are available for every polyolefin family (rHDPE, rLDPE, rPP, rPET) and selected styrenics (rPS, rABS). Mass-balance documentation provided per shipment.
How do payment terms work?
T/T 30 % deposit + 70 % against B/L copy is standard. L/C at sight accepted for shipments above USD 50,000. Trade-finance / open-account on request for repeat customers.
Are your producers compliant with FDA / REACH / RoHS?
Yes — food-contact grades come with FDA + EU 10/2011 LoNO; engineering grades come with REACH SVHC + RoHS declarations of conformity. PFOA / PFOS chemistry is excluded across our portfolio.
